Bellevue Mid-Century Modern Entry Addition

These Bellevue clients had a nondescript front entry that was overgrown by landscaping and did nothing for curb appeal. They loved mid-century architecture and were interested in creating a facade that would be attractive and eye-catching. Thus a mid-century remodel began.

The entry addition replaced all the siding, created a stair-step path, and stone pillars which helped clearly define the front door. Completely repainted, the house now has curb appeal and a distinct style with the new entry, facade and landscape design.

In tandem with the exterior face-lift, this mid-century remodel included some interior upgrades as well. A new master suite created a warm, inviting space the couple desired, and included a double-sided fireplace, soft lighting, and comfortable bath.
