Some projects are really fun to capture from beginning to end. In this case, this Mercer Island rambler had a large granite two-sided fireplace that completely took over the spaceand was very dated to boot. This video captures the demolition of that fireplace, the raising of the ceiling, including the addition of a structural beam and a kitchen and living room renovation complete with built-in bookshelves and a new coat closet. Some of the hardwood floor was existing, which we protected throughout construction and some was new, refinishing both so that the old and new blended into one beautiful finished floor.
